I recommend a book by Ron Wanttaja (an often-seen guy on rec.aviation.* newsgroups) called 'Airplane Ownership' It gives procedures on every owner-maintenance item, like changing oil and tires. Amazon.com claims to have just 1 in stock, for 17 bucks. You need this book.
