Bob; I use an ordinary hydraulic floor jack. The adapter is a rod that slides into the knee joint. I put a 4 X 4 block on top of the floor jack pad,
A number of us use a long socket extension to slip through the
knee joint. They tend not to bend or break. :-)
Of course, if the job at hand is to re-bush the knee joint, you
may be SOL there.
