I made new ones for mine and all I did was cut everything to size bent the sides at 90 degree angle and took a hand held shrinker and gradually shrunk the sides till I got the correct curve. Looks good and worked great.

Hi Norm; I think those panels would be considered like upholstery, and therefore would probably not need a 337 if you replaced them. However, you must be sure to get the curvature the same as the originals. They seem to work best if you put 3 strips of felt, about 3/4 inch wide and running most of the way up and down the panel, and spaced evenly apart. This gives the window something soft to rub against if there is some pressure from the inside that causes the panel to touch the window.
