I've bought these lacing clips from the local Ho-Chi-Mein's shoe shine and repair shop. An offer of an airplane ride secured the use of the tool set for these clips. The tool set is much like the rivet set for replacing the Cleveland brake linings but it has a support to prevent bending of the clip.
