The first time I removed the fairings from my first Ercoupe years ago I put in nutserts. The first time I take them off of this one I will also.

----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- Has anyone replaced the numerous #6 bolts and nuts on the wing root fairings with nut plates? This would make wing fairing and wing tank removal a one person job, and eliminate the removal of the floor boards.
