Another problem you probably don't want to hear is that there is a hole in
your overflow tube inside of your header tank thus venting fuel into the mains
before the header tank gets full. Also there might be a blockage of some kind in
the line going to or coming from your fuel pump. I Don't know but
some else on the net may know what the fuel pump is supposed to put out if so
you can take the line off of the outlet of your fuel pump and measure the flow
and pressure at the outlet when you run the starter making sure your mags. are
grounded.
