Hi y’all,
I installed the 30 amp breaker and went up a couple of times
last night and everything is working great. The generator charges a max of what it is
rated for (12 amps). When I pull
the power back the system works fine off of the battery as designed. The generator keeps up with everything just
fine and the voltage stays in the 12.5-14 volt range when cruising. The 10 amp breaker which replaced the original
30 amp fuse just wasn’t enough and would trip when the power was pulled
back. The 30 amp breaker works fine
and it also can be switched off unlike the one it replaced.
