Hi Alan, Understand that nobody here is paid to be "on call". Most answer (when convenient) on topics that interest them or that are convenient to answer at the time (that no one else gets to first). Sorta "catch as catch can"... nothing formal. Your request for "best" pricing can only be properly answered by someone who complied with an AD two years old fairly recently. That's not a lot of us. The best probable source for an answer is probably an active coupe A&P or IA; again, not a lot of us. I would query the EOC technical rep. on this. I read your query (as I do almost all), and did not offer a respose because I do not have the information you seek. Nothing personal.
