[COUPERS-TECH] Micro Air

I have been considering putting a micro air M760 radio and T2000 transponder in my coupe.  I wrote MicroAire and asked about the legalities and below is what I got, I think (dangerous) that it is legal.  Can someone translate this?

 

I am not sure of the classification of your aircraft.

However, your transponder is TSO'd in the USA, so there is no problem with that.

Our Transceiver has Communication Approval Only and is not TSO'd.
