The "orifice" is a hole that can be filled and drilled smaller using practices acceptable to the administrator. This procedure makes the "shock absorber" firmer (less soft).

I'm just in the process of doing my annnual on our 'Coupe and have a question, has anyone everchanged the MLG piston orifaces from a size .098 to a .070 to get to the allowed up gross of 1400 lbs. What is involved, parts availability etc.
