The problem I see with the 415c or the 415c/d is that with that gross wieght you need two small guys. They did ask me if the pilots would have valid medicals and I did not ask them there policy on LSA because the one we are looking at is an Alon with 1450 gross. But I just discovered on the Ercoupe site that the 415-C has a max gross weight of 1260. My goal is to find a coupe that will fit in the Sport Pilot category AND that I can do Flight Instruction in....Is there such an animal ???I don't have a medical right now, so the 415-D(1400 gross) is not an option. Any help would be appreciated.
