just another thought......on the tightness of the bolts.
The sissors bolts should be tight, with serrated washers between the
sissors and the bakelite bushings, making the bushings turn as the sissors
work... If the bolts are left loose they will cause shimmy problems....
The bakelite should turn ion the housings - the bolts should not be free in the
sissors.
