Sorry, you're right.  I meant simply to say that they aren't manufacturing the airplane anytime soon.
 
That 4 place version was awful - I saw it at OSH last year.  It didn't even have an exterior baggage door - you had to shove baggage over the rear seat, like the old Cessna 170s.

If there's one thing you can say definitively about the Luscombe fiasco, I think it is that the fire is far from out.  It will not be out until there is nothing left for it to consume, is my guess.  Ont thing I'm sure of: if the issues were as simple as any of the parties claim, it would have been settled long ago.
