The O200 crank differs in two areas. First, obviously, is the longer stroke. This results in the connecting rod big ends describing a bigger circle than before. The C90 and O200 cams are narrower between lobes and provide more clearance. It is necessary to ensure that the new crank/rod assembly clears the cam adequately. Second is the oil slinger. Early cases must be machined to fit the later style slinger. Otherwise it's a simple parts swap...
