Greg, He is a Canadian aircraft, they have a different set of rules up there. I'm not sure a 337 will, get him where he wants to be. Bob and Bettina let us know how the rules work in Canada,

Contact Zeftronics and let them know what kind of alternator
or generator you have. They'll take it from there. That's why
I said you'd need a 337 field approval...they don't have STC's
for Ercoupes. But if you have the original C85 and generator,
you'd, for example, use one like a C140 might use.
