Jeff; The Atlanta area is rich in aviation history. Finding someone that can fabric your wings should be a snap. The EAA holds classes that started with the old Alexander Aeroplane company in the Atlanta area. Spruce now owns them. If all else fails, you can try the Antique Airplane Association http://www.aaa-apm.org/ for a chapter near you. Join up and I'll bet there would be plenty of folks willing to show you their skills. Then, YOU would be able to pass them on. Keep us posted.
