Help me out here. I seem to specifically remember reading something that states you can raise the HP in your airplane 10% without jumping through the FAA hoops. I'm having a discussion with the Beech guys about this and can't seem to figure out where I saw it. I only remember it because how it applied to the Ercoupes. I would really appreciate it.
