Hi Norm (Bill Bayne talking),

All postwar Ercoupes came with the starter, generator, battery, and (yes) navigation lights as standard.

I show your coupe as manufactured on 9/10/46 - does that date match your data plate?

Hi,
I was hoping that someone may be able to tell me if navigation lights were standard equipment on Ercoupes.  Someone recovered the wings a few years ago (before I owned it) and did not put them back on.  I have seen them as part of a coupe wiring diagram but I do not know if they were standard at the time.  My coupe is serial number 3332.
If they were standard I will probably need to have them on before the import inspection for Transport Canada.
If they were optional I might be able to proceed with the Transport Canada Inspection and put them on afterwards.  They are worth having on.
Thanks again for any help.
