Just my opinion, but I would not do that.  The tail tie-down ring mount is not very strong, and if you put a side load on it like that, chances are very good that you will either bend the threaded portion of the ring itself, or damage the fuselage structure.  If I was going to winch my plane in, I would try to come up with something that hooked onto the main gear legs, or maybe even the nose gear leg.
 
BTW, I wouldn't put any side load on the wing tie-downs either.  The wing tie-down ring nuts are mounted on fairly thin section of the wing spar capstrip.  The wing tie-down rings are very strong in a downward direction, but side loading them could cause a bend or crack in the spar capstrip.
 
Just my opinion, but I have had my eyeballs on exactly how the tie-down rings are attached to the plane, and there's not much structure there to handle any side loading.
