Plexiglas is a very inconsistent product.  .060 plexi has a tolerance of 
between .033 and .083.  .033 is really too thin for the side windows.  I
go 
with .080 which is minimum .052.  Problem is if you get .080 at the max 
it's sometimes hard to get it to slide up and down smoothly.  (The max is 
.102)  Oh, it's not unusual to see measurements near both extremes in the 
same window...
