I just looked at my crankshaft this afternoon. I'm sure I'm going to have to
replace it. My first choice would be to find a C-75/C-85 crank in good
condition. Does anybody have one or have any leads on one? Mine is the
tapered shaft style. The other choice is the O-200 STC. Has anyone done this
conversion and are there any benefits to using the O-200 crank over the C-75
crank? Does anybody know if the metallurgy is any better on the more modern
crank? Any drawbacks that anyone knows of?
