I want to buy a 415D coupe with a 7150 prop on an 85HP engine. I will repitch to a climb prop but....I live on a 2000 foot sod runway, 1000'elev., thick grass, in GA (hot summers 90F).  Anybody have real-world comments about departure performance flying simular conditions?  How much better will coupe perform with a 7148, or a 7146 ( I don't care about cruise speed)?  My impression is that a coupe with a 7150 prop would not do well at gross out of my runway over about 30F.  Can an 85hp with a 7146 prop climb out just as well as a 0-200 (with standard prop) or is this wishful thinking?  Any insight would be appreciated.
