I've been using Lightspeeds for years without problems of any kind. The Coupes are noisy, and you need a good-quality Active Noise Reduction headset. I have the 3G model which has the cellphone/audio-input plugs, but before that had the 25XL. The only headsets I've heard that consistently perform better are the Bose models, but at twice the price and no cellphone or audio adapters, I'll pass....reluctantly.
