1 We need to discuss: 1) Will the trust pay for attorneys for
the kids on this trust settlement issue; 2) Will Constance turn over the water
credits or is some action needed?; 3) I understand that Richard Pepe owes the
trust money from when the cafe Napoli was there. Would Breck please find
out how much and would Andy please collect? Please answer me asap. Thanks
