Yeah, John, now that you got my mind right (reminded me), that indeed is where I got that PDF. I'm a computer pack rat and when I saw all that discussion it seemed appropriate to trot it out, despite my inability to recall its source. Thus, John Cooper is the Ark of the Coupenant, once again, and the credit goes to him - I was just the bearer.
