Remember all that if you are flying under Part 91 there is no difference 
between a S.B. and a "Mandatory" S.B..   Neither one is mandatory.  An AD is a 
different story.

Richard, I haven't received the SB yet, but, unless this is a MANDITORY
Service Bulletin or an Airworthiness Directive (AD), we don't have to
worry about dates. They are just suggestions. Is this one manditory?
