With the discussion about the wording of the Service Bulletin's reason for issuance, I have uploaded the cover letter that was included in the mailing from Univair to my site. Go to www.ercoupe.us and click on the "Repository" menu choice. Univair now has the SB32 online for viewing, but it does not include the cover letter (which helps explain why they issued the SB)... you'll have to get it from my site.
