Hi All-- I received my copy of MSB32 today. Boy, is this one going to generate some talk on Techlist! While going to A/P school I also took 2 semesters of NDI.(I know enough to be dangerous!!)-Sounds like this S/B will be costly.(230 rivits to check)- On pg6 step6-if replacing a5/32" rivet you can only go to next size & no further. The others, 1/4",5/16' can't go oversize. Also, you can not substitute bolts for rivets. If this becomes an AD what happens tothe center sections out there that were repaired with close tol. bolts on 337? more later. Ted. Sacramento,Ca.Original Message -----

Hi All.....last post...
For those concerned, I spoke with a representative to day from Univair. He said this was the first call he had received about MSB 32.
The MSB went out in a mass mailing last week, to all who are on their lists. It should be reaching us soon.
Other than stating that they had used ultrasonic testing methods on the spar examined, there was no other information available.
As for what is applicable under your part 91 or 135, sorry I didn't ask.
