Glen,
While myALONs C-90 was out for major overhaul, I took the opportunity to have my 40 year old (complete) exhausts "overhauled' by DAWLEY. They said they could be "refurbished", i.e., made "new from scratch" out of stainless steel, providing that I and/or my local mech signed a form stating that we would "assist" in the effort?? ?. They were returned, new as promised, with yellow tags attached and have performed flawlessly for the ensuing 85 hrs. I believe the price was $750.

Can anyone tell me the cost of new exhaust manifolds...I mean the part that comes up and mates to the cylinders. Two of mine are leaking at the flange where it is bolted to the cylinder. New gaskets did not do the trick. The flange itself is thin and starts to bend when pressure is applied to tighten it. Thanks
