Hi Randy,

An STC exists to install an 0-200 in a 415-D.  THAT is the 0-200 STC.  
I believe you refer to one of several STCs for the C-90/0-200 crank, 
etc. in a C-85 (which remains a C-85).  I refer to this as the "C-85 
STC".

For the latter, a book could be written to explain all of the "it 
depends..."  The short answer is YES,
after you put the cowling, mags and prop back on  ;<}
