Guys.
My former FBO used to use MMO as a last resort to free up sticking valves.
It works sometimes, sometimes not. You would have to add it to the engine oil.
Most people would not use the MMO in the gas though.
Think about it, you are adding a few table spoons of liquid to a lot of gallons of fuel. The little amount of MMO dissolves to a fraction and will be burned without any effects.

When added to the engine oil MMO is acting as an additive that has a cleaning action. As with almost all additives, it will lower the anti-friction value of the oil, but so is straight mineral oil.
Straight mineral is what our continentals are approved for.

I would not hesitate to use it with the hint of sticking valves.

Seems to help if valves sticking on small Continentals. Probably acts as a
cleanser. I use it occasionally in the fuel [car gas ] will probably try
also in the oil. Over the years I have not seen any problem using it.
I would welcome the comments of anyone who has real experience using MMO.
