Lynn, my guess is it was James Lilly ,who had his inspection done at a
private airstrip (CHUMUKLA) near Pensacola. He is at: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
He's a PhD, professor at Embry -Riddle Aeronautical University.

Hey All: Recently a Couper sent me an E-mail that he had completed his SB
32
inspection, and did not have any problems. He indicated that he was going to
make his hanger available to everyone (and that way the inspector would not
have so far to go) that wanted to have the inspection done here in Florida.
I can not seem to find the e-mail, and with my great(?) memory I can
not
remember who it was. If you are really serious, please send me the e-mail
again. (There is a possibility that it was a phone call and not an e-mail)
