I think flat windshields give the better air flow over the canopy... It seems to throw it further above at least the front part of the canopy opening. While that seems to be a nice plus for the flat windshield, I have heard that the bubble windshield (being double curved) gives a less distorted view. It has been reportedly a bit quieter as well because of it being even more ridged than the flat screen. Another advantage could be seen in the additional dash space created by the bubble windshield. Does this all sound like reasonable observations?
