Where to start?
- There is only 1 wiring diagram in the Service Manual
- A "C" (718) can be converted to a "D" (787) without any wiring changes
- The Generator fuse is 30 amps regardless of the generator's capacity
- The part numbers of the wires are applicable to all models
Or, your mechanic could determine the gauge of the wires affected and check against the charts in AC43.13-1b to determine if they are adequate.
