Correction, my last post should have read that the attach points should be high enough so as NOT to pull down on the spine causing serious injury in the event of a crash. Dick L. 3041H

Coupers, I am not sure how a shoulder harness is attached in a coupe, but I remember reading an article in EAA sport Aviation a few years back stating that the attach points should be elevated enough so that in the event of a crash they would pull down on your shoulders possibly causing a serious spinal injury.
