It may very well have been omitted. This is the case for a lot of
different aircraft types of the same era. However, the Continental
documentation specifies a minimum pressure differential across the
generator for cooling purposes. Unlike an alternator, the generator
does not have an internal fan, thus requires forced air to
cool. that said, a 13 amp generator likely can't generate enough
heat to be a problem...
Later models do specify a blast tube for the generator, pn 40704-4
