If you are thinking about flying out West
sometime, you must have your mixture control hooked up and know how to use it.
For my money, flying in the
I advocate having a digital EGT gauge and
I think it’s nice to have one that’s got a probe for each
cylinder. But, several members here have given procedures and info that
make me think it may not be necessary. I just couldn’t hear the
running-rough point very well so I really liked having an EGT.
