Hey RBH: You are correct. If you have a C or CD model the up elevator is 13
degrees and down travel is 12 degrees. If you have a D model it is 9 degrees up.
If you check page 27 of the Ercoupe Service manual, it tells you to make any
changes by adjustment of the elevator control cables.
