I remember seeing this on a Coupe once, but I can not remember where or when. Both side cowlings have an angle bracket with a hole on the bottom. The hole is slightly elongated, and is about 5/16 inch in diameter. Nothing else is attached. I believe there was some sort of rod that held the cowling(s) open.
