Tommy,

Check the prop for balance.  I know it sounds funny, but vibrations get more pronounced the farther from the source.  A vibration at the front of the airplane increases with the length of the arm.

Just a thought.

Our beloved Harry (N93929) is grounded right now; both the upper and lower skins on the elevator have begun cracking.  The suspicious part, to me, is that it is all on the left side.
Right now my chief suspects are the trim tab (opposite side) and the possibility of the elevator cables not being quite as tight as they should be.  Has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas about why cracks would suddenly appear on one side?  I say suddenly because 5 cracks, 2 on top and 3 on bottom, ranging from ½” to 2 ½ “ appeared in less than 10 hours operation.
