Truth or Rumor:
1. I was told that metal
propellers can form a harmonic with a C-85 crank that can lead to
crank failure.
(I am running a Mc Cauley 71-52)
- Is this true?
- Is there an RPM range to avoid?
- Should I be worried?
2. What would be a recommended Climb
Prop?
3. Is it acceptable to jack the aircraft off the
mains by using a pin inserted in the knee hole?
