After consulting the
group and checking out trailers etc, I decided on having a commercial service do
the job; no muss- no fuss! I used a service that specializes in moving vehicles
on a flat bed truck, the kind whose bed comes all the way down and lies flat on
the ground so as to avoid dragging the tail during the loading. Worked great. In
my area (Ontario, Canada), the cost was about $200 per hour, minimum 1 hour. I
can send pictures if you want them.
