Aircraft Specification A-718 (for 415-C and 415-CD) Propellers and Propeller Accessories 8. Propeller - fixed pitch metal, Sensenich M76AK-2 24 lb. (-32) (a) With C-75 engines only. Static r.p.m. at maximum permissible throttle setting: not over 2125, not under 2050. No additional tolerance permitted. Diameter: not over 74 in., not under 72.5 in (b) With C-85 engines only. Static r.p.m. at maximum permissible throttle setting: not over 2250, not under 2175. No additional tolerance permitted. Diameter: not over 74 in., not under 72.5 in It is, therefore, an authorized propeller as long as the static rpm (full power, no wind) is within the listed specifications. (A&P and AI please tell me if I'm telling him wrong.) I'd note that the 46 pitch is pretty flat. It might be an extreme climb propeller. I don't know what was the standard pitch for the propellers originally shipped and authorized with the C-75. For all I know, it could have been the standard propeller for the early models, but I'm guessing it was not. Let's get the rest of the info.
