Here's a thought for this next several months: How about we put together a
"supplement" document for mechanics? In the document would be the
Coupe-specific things the mechanic needs to know and references to the
documents which tell how to fix/maintain them.

In example, for the control yoke, there'd be mention of inspecting the
chain, the whatever, the play in the something, etc. It'd refer to the
Service Manual page (or wherever) the mechanic needs to look to fix it.

I'd think it'd be very valuable to hand the mechanic a document listing and
describing the (no so many) special things about Coupes.

Heck, they're mostly just airplanes. But after having a quite good mechanic
annual my plane for nine years, John Wright, Sr., found and showed me a
number of things that needed to be done that my old mechanic just didn't
see/check.

This depends on you knowledgeable people to write things up, even if it's
not at all polished. I'll collate it and post it for revision until we get
it the way we want. (That's how I assembled the pre-purchase and annual
inspection articles, way back when.)

What do you think? Will you write something up and send it to me? Please?
