Did you first center the control column, by adjusting the chains. Then adjust the push rod from the control column to meet the mixer , after the mixer is centered... Then Center the mixer Then install the pushrods from the mixer to the aeliron belcrank, with the belcrank to aeliron adjusted to the proper length. Recognize the aeliron goes down, and then continuing turning the control wheel, it comes back up a certain amount.... (all in the book, but may have been missed) Give John Wright, Jr a call at 217-698-8243 after 7:) pm central ..He may have other ideas..as to a potential problem.
