Can you point me to any documentation on that Alon shoulder harness
installation? I want to put harnesses in the Cadet, and I think the
relevant structure is identical.

Hey John: There are at least three different shoulder harness attach
methods. I do not know if they all have FAA signatures or not. The
one I used a couple of times is the one that an Alon owner in
California had engineered and approved. It does not require removing
any rivets from the bulkheads behind the baggage compartment. It
adds stiffener plates on the two bulkheads behind the baggage area
and uses a 1/4 in steel rod to connect to them and to the shoulder
harness hook up points.
