Not to be a fly in the ointment but all type certificates list leveling
means even taildraggers  which must have the tailwheel elevated to level.
Few planes actually sit "level" on the ground.This is for weight and
ballance and  rigging purposes.

Bill is correct.  The "Leveling means" mentioned in the TC is a *means* to
*make* the plane level for weight and balance measurements.  It has nothing
to do with the plane's attitude on the ground.  It is purely coincidental
that the Ercoupe sits "level" when on the ground.
