Not sure if you have anything that looks like a handlebar on your panel or
overhead on the windscreen, but I have had luck with a bike mirror made by
Bell and sold through Sports Authority.  I like it because it has an
adjustable neck and it cannot weigh more than an 2 ounces.  It is all
plastic including the mirror... the neck has two heavy gauge wires in it
that keep it firmly set not matter how bouncey things get...  The handlebar
clamp can be removed and I suppose you can replace it with a suction cup or
some other clamp or mount...
