HEY Glen: As I have told you several times before, it depends on what type  
of cylinders you have. IF you have chrome cylinder (especially hard chrome) You 
 must be very careful about getting the cylinders hot and developing a glaze. 
 John did a great job of explaining the steel cylinder break in process. 
However,  if you have chrome cylinders, do NOT spend all that time warming the  
engine. 
    What happened to the chrome cylinders that I sold  you last year?  They 
should be barely broken in.
