Does anyone in the group have experience storing an Ercoupe fuselage in a shipping container? I want to put my restoration project in one; minus tail and wings it looks like it will just barely fit. I was hoping the wheels and tires would go in, but I think they have to come off too. That would make the tip of the axel to axel the distance that I have to deal with. That seems to be 8 feet minus about 3 inches. That is close. The one container I looked at was 8 feet wide on the outside, 8 feet minus 4 inches on the inside. Can it be done?
